Volt is immediately hiring for Human Resources Generalist III in Moline, IL 61265.
As a Human Resources Generalist III, you will:

- Must understand project management fundamentals and planning processes
- Must be able to help identify and address repeat, on-going issues to reduce administration and improve results
- Must have strong communication skills
Job Responsibilities: MILITARY OUTREACH COORDINATOR -Facilitate and coordinate the company side military outreach program and hiring process
- Track candidate status in Share Point tracking table
- Provide monthly updates on military hiring programs
- Confirm and improve key steps in military hiring process
- Provide updates to the team on a QRTLY basis
- Manage relationships with key military VSO partners
- Coordinate military career fair support for these organizations
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY GIVING COORDINATOR - Track youth apprentice program participation and results
- Organize data using a SP table integration
- Provide annual updates using Power BI
- Assist in coordinating outreach efforts when needed
- Support FIRST Grant Application Process
- Initial grant review with assignment by community
- Follow-up with Client reviewers to ensure timely completion
- Develop and distribute reports showing status and results
- Coordinate FIRST Mentor assignments
- Work with Inspire Site coordinators and FIRST community grant reviewers to document and streamline over time, a process for matching Client mentors with FIRST teams
- Develop and distribute reports showing status and results
- Inspire Program Support
- Help with the planning of large meetings including quarterly global Inspire support team, Inspire Executive Council, annual Inspire - CSR Conference, and FIRST World Championship.
- Monitor and respond to shared inbox addressing repeat questions.
- Oversee updates needed with Inspire support team members that change roles.
- Be a subject matter expert and resource for Client's employee giving programs; be able to assist in answering employee questions/issues, support site maintenance, create aids and tutorials, and be able to pull data for unit support and engagement.
- Support communications and training for Client social responsibility ambassadors.
- Assist in PO requests for Community Relations budget.
- Support ambassadors with unit volunteer events.
- Provide support for events as needed. (Example: Client Classic event)
Shift: 1st Shift Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension) Location: Moline, IL 61265Pay rate: $35/hr - $40/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
