RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a dedicated Reporting Analyst to support our Windows 11 migration and compliance project. This role plays a critical part in ensuring software versioning, hardware upgrades, and overall system compliance for a smooth transition to Windows 11. This role is on site in San Antonio, TX. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-4:30.Key Responsibilities:Data Management:- Reporting Analyst will extract and analyze data from Remedy, Intune, and Lansweeper tools
- Compile reports in Excel, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Generate and validate software reports, ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Provide detailed migration reporting and monthly statistics
- Validate software compatibility with Windows 11
- Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to align reporting with migration efforts
- As a Reporting Analyst, you will assist in installing and validating software during migration
- Maintain a strong understanding of software and hardware interactions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, and macros preferred)
- Experience in migration reporting or similar projects
- Strong communication skills for interacting with on-site support specialists, middle management, and assistant directors
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new tools and technologies
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Technical background, especially in software migrations or IT systems
- Solo work environment with reporting responsibilities
- Interaction with on-site support specialists and management
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, independent culture focused on achieving results
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
