About the role:
We are looking for an enterprise architect who can design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions for our organization. You will be responsible for leading the architecture and integration of our AI platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as GenAI, OpenAI/GPT, and Google Gemini models. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to deliver innovative and scalable AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject-matter expertise across Artificial Intelligence topics as it relates to common platforms and architecture solutions, standards, and practices and methods.
- Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap for the organization, aligning with the business vision and goals.
- Design and oversee the development of the AI platform, ensuring high performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Architect Cloud-native AI solutions within Microsoft Azure Cloud and Google GCP.
- Select and evaluate the best AI technologies and frameworks for the organization.
- Lead the integration of the AI platform with other systems and data sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance.
- Create, maintain and align AI policies and standards with industry best practices and business needs .
- Contribute to conducting POCs, evaluation, selection and configuration of new products and services from vendors.
- Partner with Automation teams to execute prototype new technology solutions.
- Provide consultative and thought leadership across all dimensions of Everest, bridging the gap between IT and the Business.
- Identify and develop strategies to mitigate security and compliance risks associated with AI.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data scientists and engineers on AI best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Manage a team of architects and engineers responsible for building and maintaining the AI platform.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends, research, and innovations, and apply them to the organization's needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful AI solutions, with practical experience on GenAI.
- Expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, such as OpenAI/GPT, Google Gemini models, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Cytora, etc.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, data modeling, data quality, and data governance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
