A Talent Strategist identifies opportunities and delivers solutions to maximize employees' impact through a strategic, disciplined, and evidence-based approach to talent management and employee experience. Individuals in this role focus on aligning the organization's people strategies to attract, engage, develop, and retain employees in alignment with client business strategies through programs, initiatives, and the measurement of progress to achieve business outcomes.
Title: Talent Strategist (Senior Consultant, Principal)
What You'll Do
- Lead diverse, enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives, elevating talent and employee experiences.
- Implement repeatable approaches for successful delivery of initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Integrate talent offerings to execute large-scale people transformation projects such as culture and M&A.
- Establish and optimize people analytics/employee sensing processes to inform organizational strategies.
- Build trust with business leaders by leveraging business operations knowledge in talent and organizational development initiatives.
- Advise senior leadership on strategic human capital and organizational development initiatives, aligning with business objectives.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in client-facing talent management and organizational development (OD) initiatives; such as talent strategy, DEI, leadership and team development, employee experience, learning and development, and culture transformation.
- Proven track record advising on aligning talent and OD strategies with business objectives, developing recommended solutions, and corresponding change and enablement plans.
- Driven by uncovering key client business problems and defining related workforce experience/listening use cases with clear, tangible business outcomes.
- Skilled in leading workshops to elucidate key business drivers for people and organizational development.
- Passionate about facilitating co-creation and development sessions that empower individuals and organizational systems.
- Proficient in developing learning programs, materials, and defining people strategies for enhanced employee experience.
- Experience in leveraging quantitative and qualitative data and analytics methods to analyze client data across talent and employee experience focus areas and can meaningfully communicates statistical analyses and results, along with implications, to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in developing comprehensive and thoughtful research findings reports and presentations.
- Ability to be on-site 2-3 days per week.
