RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Tableau Administrator.Summary:We are seeking a skilled Tableau Administrator to manage our newly consolidated cloud-based Tableau instance. This role is crucial as we bring all our data under one roof, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and prepare for our official launch in January. You will work with various teams, including many different verticals and stakeholders, in a broad and dynamic environment. This position involves managing folder structures, sub-folder projects, and hundreds of workbooks for over 400 users.Responsibilities:- Configure and manage administrative settings
- Set up and manage security groups
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Oversee content management, including workbooks and data sources
- Create and maintain Tableau visualizations to support business needs; Ability to help coach and develop other people would be helpful, but it will not be necessary to have to build visualizations
- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables to meet timelines and service level agreements
- Drive meetings and facilitate discussions to align on project goals and progress
- Perform routine maintenance of security settings and other administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Capability to size and prioritize deliverables effectively
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with stakeholders
- Ability to manage conversations with strong personalities and maintain composure
- Experience in driving meetings and leading discussions
- Routine maintenance and security management skills
- Proven experience in Tableau Administration and backend management
- Familiarity with cloud-based Tableau deployments
- Some development experience with Tableau visualizations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Development skills are a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
