SUMMARY
The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the client's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other critical systems in in supporting the research and development efforts of USAARL. This position is 100% onsite in Ft. Rucker, AL.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
Provides technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Monitors system performance and ensure optimal operation.
Assists in the implementation of security measures to protect systems and data.
Documents system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborates with senior administrators to learn and develop new skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
