RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Systems Administrator.Summary:We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and support multiple business tools, including Quickbase, Salesforce, Northspire, and JD Edwards. They will be responsible for day-to-day system administration tasks such as user management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. This role will also involve supporting data reporting efforts through Databricks and Power BI, while assisting in the implementation of new tools like Onestream.System Administration:- Administer Quickbase workflows and provide light support for Salesforce data management
- Manage user setup and troubleshooting for Northspire and JD Edwards
- Support system performance and address technical issues across all tools
- Assist in building reports using Power BI from Databricks data
- Collaborate with the Data Architect on data integrations for the data warehouse
- Provide administrative support during the implementation of Onestream and other future systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with administering ERP/CRM tools like JD Edwards, Salesforce, or similar
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Onestream experience preferred or the ability to quickly ramp up on new tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
