Your Role:

As a Supply Planning Expert (main focus on serum business), you will take on a pivotal role in Life Science within the 'External Manufacturing - Supply Chain' team where a challenging, fast-paced, cross-functional, and international work environment is waiting for you. Specific responsibilities include:

• Support internal and external stakeholder mainly for Serum business
• Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence by driving and balancing key performance indicators
• Support low backorders and high fill rates while maintaining cost efficiency through reasonable inventory levels
• Planning and buying activities of finished goods and raw materials
• Collaboration with global suppliers and lead regular supply chain meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment with key suppliers

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other business disciplines

OR

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or other life science disciplines

• 5+ years of supply chain experiences

• Experiences in serum business

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in ERP or SAP Systems
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-motivation and adaptability to drive innovation and operational efficiency
• Open-minded team player with an understanding and appreciation of cultural diversities
• Effectively prioritize and perform under pressure, ensuring the seamless management of multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
