What you'll do

Ongoing business support

• Support ETRM system, various tools, and business processes used by front, middle, and back office departments. to market, move, settle, and account for the purchase and sales of refined products
• Proactively monitor system functions, tasks, interfaces, data integrity, etc.
• Research and resolve issues with deals/contacts, pricing, invoicing, accounts payable, master data, interfaces, etc.
• Solution new business activity in existing tools and systems
• Gather, refine, and develop business requirements of current and future tools and systems
• Partner with IT on technical solutions
• Liaise with software vendors regarding functionality, enhancements, roadmaps, etc.
• Liaise with project teams providing technical support, data requirements, business processes, etc.
• Provide data/reporting for audit requests

Who you are

• Very strong problem-solving skills
• Very proficient working with data
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint)
• Working knowledge of SQL or other query/reporting language
• High attention to detail, handles ambiguity, thrives on a team

Education

• Enrolled in Business Administration with technical, finance & accounting, or similar focus, or Computer, Science, and Engineering
• New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities

Working Conditions

• May include frequency of travel, sitting, standing, computer work, lifting, driving, working at site, etc.

Relocation

• Students moving for their work term may be eligible to receive a lump sum payment to assist with relocation expenses
