  • Defining vision and strategies for product content creation at Walmart, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying opportunities, building business cases, and gaining alignment in multiple internal and external stakeholder communities.
  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing implementation milestones, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
  • Building a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution
  • Developing & Leading associates across multiple geographic locations.
  • Being Decisive regarding expanding or shutting parts of the imagery operation based on business need and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required/MBA a huge plus or equivalent in experience!
  • 8+ years in TPM
  • Previous Engineering/Tech Role a big Plus!
  • Four years of successful execution in a matrixed organization.
  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
  • Advanced analytical skills - both quantitative and qualitative as related to budget analysis
  • 2 + years of exp in technical processes on how infrastructure is kept modern with programmatic cloud interfaces for managing data and associated engineering and customer facing tools and applications.
  • 2+ years in managing third-party vendors a big Plus!

As a part of US Omni Tech Program Management team, this role will be a crucial enabler, define and oversee the technical processes on how infrastructure is kept modern with programmatic cloud interfaces for managing data and associated engineering and customer facing tools and applications. This role will own the key programs that drive the execution of strategic initiatives to accelerate enterprise-wide programs. Accountable for business partner relation by driving strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization; oversees program delivery alignment; and work collaboratively with product management and engineering teams to ensure on time delivery with quality results.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leads and coordinates multi-functional (e.g. Product, Engineering, Operations) groups to drive the strategic business goals alignment
  • Define and execute plans for priority initiatives and product enhancement
  • Define and drive product and service execution rhythms
  • Develop and drive clear, iterative roadmaps in a highly matrixed environment across the overall enterprise
  • Demonstrate a passion for details with the ability to ideate and problem solve actively with business leaders, product, and engineering stakeholders
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills of fiscal Management, capacity planning, supply /demand planning, forecasting or resource management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile Project Management principles: Servant Leadership, Continuous Improvement, Conflict Resolution, Risk Management, Test Driven Development and Release Planning

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical field, such as computer science, or engineering
  • Minimum of 12 years of work experience in a combination of technology development, program management, business analysis or strategy
  • Minimum of 5 years of team leadership experience and cross-functional influence
  • Knowledge and working experience in eCommerce and data technologies
  • Capable of managing numerous stakeholders, anticipating their needs, and gaining alignment for strategies from executive level stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills (oral, verbal and listening) as well as the ability to influence key decision makers and understand their points of view
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution skills with the ability to drive results, deliver and excel, and own it when you do not
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment and work well with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment
  • Understands, describes, and navigates existing work and makes recommendations with a clear sense of organizational impact
  • Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
  • Experience with anticipating and identifying the strategic, executive, and operational implications and risks in program delivery
  • CSM Certified (PMI -ACP , PMI - PMP ,ITIL a huge plus!)

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
