Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented staff accountant with excellent analytical skills and a strong work ethic to join our team. Based in Radnor, PA, the successful candidate will be a key member of our finance and operations team and report to the Vice President of Finance, with supervision from the Senior Accountant. The candidate will be responsible for the general accounting and accounts payable functions for the Firm's management company and various private funds.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage accurate and timely processing of accounts payable expenditures and disbursements
• Oversee accounts receivable function
• Review and process employee expense reports monthly and ensure compliance
• Record daily cash activity in the general ledger and perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure accurate coding of expenditures
• Post month-end journal entries
• Prepare annual Form 1099 filings
• Analyze and reconcile accounts monthly
• Assist with the enhancement of management company dashboard reporting in Intacct, including budget-to-actual P&L summary, cash forecasts and outstanding receivables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 1 to 2 years of corporate accounting or accounts payable related experience
• Superior communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational & project management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word & SharePoint
• Knowledge of banking processes, including wire distributions and ACH payments
