In this Sr. Program Manager role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes overseeing the digital transformation portfolio and ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

During your first few weeks in this Program Manager role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:

• Coordinate with senior leaders to help define the product roadmap
• Prioritize projects, allocate resources effectively, and manage interdependencies between different initiatives for optimal outcomes
• Guide and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance and fostering collaboration to promote project success
• Liaising with stakeholders, including department heads, vendors, and senior management, to communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations
• Establishing KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives

To apply for this Sr. Program Manager role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

• 8 to 10+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager and a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional programs/projects comprised of level projects successfully, timely, and within budget
• 7+ years of working knowledge and first-hand experience using a combination of the following project management methodologies: Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
• Understanding of budgetary and financial processes such that project budgets can be obtained and managed throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Able to gain trust and support with both internal and external stakeholders independent of the reporting structure
