Essential Duties/Functions:
• Develop, manage and maintain a variety of employee communications including emails, intranet stores and digital signage
• Manage content for the company intranet, ensuring that it is up to date, engaging and informative
• Engage regularly with other functions within the company, understand their key priorities and work with Sr. Manager to develop and execute strategic communications plans to bring these initiatives to life for Mueller employees
• Work with Sr. Manager on communications plans from start to finish, working to ensure employees across the company receive the right information at the right time using the most effective communications channel(s) based on their needs
• Provide support in researching, proofreading, editing and ensuring the high quality of various communications products
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and making recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
• Participate in local Atlanta DE&I council and employee events committee as corporate support function
• Performing other duties and responsibilities, as required

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, including internal communications
• Strong written and verbal communications skills-including the ability to take complex information and distill it into simple, consumable content and compelling stories for employees
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to balance independent work with team collaboration to drive projects forward
• Experience in:
o Communicating with employees using a variety of communications channels (e.g. digital boards, intranet, email, etc.)
o Developing and executing strategic internal communications plans to support company initiatives.
o Developing change management communications is a plus
o AP style
• Design experience or capabilities is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
