Baer is looking for a Sr. Architect SAP FSCD PSL for a 3+ month project located in Boston, Massachusetts.

Title: Sr. Architect SAP FSCD PSL
Location: Hybrid - Boston, Massachusetts
Duration: 3 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Conduct a thorough audit and review of the current design proposed by a previous SI.
• Assess and evaluate the delayed go-live, identifying any gaps, issues, or misalignments with industry best practices.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve design, configuration, and implementation for the client's insurance processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to create a clear path forward for optimization and resolution of issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and strategic decision-making in the SAP FS-CD and PSL space.
• Document findings, present actionable recommendations, and collaborate on next steps with client executives.
• Collaborate with both client-side and SI teams to ensure alignment with S/4HANA and SAP Insurance processes.
• Participate in workshops and design sessions to ensure robust process alignment post-audit.

Requirements:

• SAP experience, with a strong focus on FS-CD (Financial Services Collection and Disbursement) and PSL (Policy and Subscription Lifecycle).
• Extensive background in SAP for Insurance with successful experience in implementations or large-scale system assessments in the insurance sector.
• Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA, with in-depth knowledge of the specific functionalities related to insurance industry processes.
• Prior experience conducting audits or assessments of SAP designs, especially in scenarios involving delayed go-lives or challenging implementations.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical issues to C-level executives and technical teams, providing clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Comfortable working onsite 100% for the initial few weeks, then transitioning to a 50% onsite requirement.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Systems Integrators and handling project remediation.
