Client in Huntington Beach is seeking a Sr. Accountant with a min. of 5 years of experience

DUTIES:

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Record journal entries r
• Assist with month-end, in Treasury areas
• Assist with processing 3rd party receivables
• Analyze and discuss batches & findings
• Credit Card and Cash matching using Blackline. Update the cash flow forecast daily with actuals and changes to forecasted disbursements/receipts
• Transfer funds between bank accounts as directed
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all A/R matters
• Manage invoices from Treasury vendors
• Participate in Treasury related improvement and cost saving projects
• Maintain SOX controls and documentation for areas of responsibilities
• Asist ad hoc projects if needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Microsoft Dynamics SL experience preferred, but not required
• Blackline experience preferred, but not required
• Public company audit experience preferred, but not required
• 3-5 years experience in accounting or corporate treasury role
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
