RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Solution Architect in McLean, VA.Summary:As a Solution Architect on our team, you will translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architecture products, design specifications, statements of work, requirements, and scripts. Through your leadership, we will help transform the way our client uses technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. - Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience with solution architecture
- Experience working in a technical field with a focus on software development and modernization efforts, including forward-leaning technology, such as cloud, automation platforms, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks
- Experience with architecting high performance, high availability systems, with a focus on missions of national importance
- Experience with serving as a solution architect integrating disparate technologies into cohesive technical solutions that directly address client challenges
- Experience with developing and delivering tailored, complex presentations to clients that illustrate solutions to client problems and drive forward a capture, improving the probability of win
- Experience in partnering with senior-level client stakeholders, providing technical thought leadership, and bringing innovation to achieve business needs
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
