Inpatient Medical Surgical Clinical Social Worker Position on the Lunder 7 Neuroscience Floor / MGH Boston
Full Time/ 40 Hours / LCSW or LICSW.
- We are seeking a full-time clinical social worker to join the inpatient med/surg social work team to provide a range of clinical social work services as part of the multidisciplinary team on Neuroscience Floor
- The ideal candidate will have acute care experience working with patients and families presenting with a wide array of complex medical and psychosocial concerns.
- They will be proficient in conducting psychosocial assessments and experienced in crisis intervention, short-term counseling, loss and bereavement, trauma, and interprofessional collaboration.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills are a necessity.
