The Small Business Servicing Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are consistent with administration, processing, and customer support to both internal and external Small Business customers. The incumbent will assist with outbound calling efforts, maintain record of customer interactions and outreach for loan modification. In addition, the incumbent will complete assigned line of credit auto renewals in Salesforce ahead of the scheduled expiration date. The Small Business Servicing Specialist must demonstrate WSFS Bank core values and be curious and willing to learn and grow in their role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for multiple customer' outreach each month, process loan modifications, conduct follow ups and servicing other items in the Small Business Portfolio.
  • Maintain record of customer interaction in Salesforce by assigning tasks and scheduling events.
  • Follow a systematic process to adhere to strict deadlines outlined in the modification calendar.
  • Check loan documents for accuracy, process loan disbursements and answer questions about the Banks products and services.
  • Coordinate closings for Express loan and modifications and follow through on post-loan closing activities like moving executed documents to the QC, processing fees, and conducting customer follow ups.
  • Review and process Express loan and Credit Card Applications.
  • Collaborate with other groups such as, Underwriting and Documentation to process loan and credit card applications in a timely manner.
  • Provide swift and accurate responses through effective communication with internal and external customers for exceptional service delivery.
  • Take ownership of duties, complete all assigned compliance courses by the required due date.
  • Escalate challenges & issues as they occur and work with management to resolve promptly.
  • Meet SLAs for Express loan, Credit Card and Loan Modification through effective communication and ongoing collaboration with team members and other groups.
  • Be flexible in a dynamic team environment where priorities and processes may shift for greater efficiency and a better customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lending and the financial industry.
  • Must have 1 year experience with loans and is knowledgeable about financial regulations.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing role.
  • Must be knowledgeable about Small Business products.
  • Must have previous experience in Customer Service.
  • Must have previously worked in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
  • Must have knowledge of or willingness to learn Small Business product and services.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have familiarity with or willingness to learn CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Must have excellent computer skills (fluent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to show discretion in private and confidential matters.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to handle high volume of requests.
