The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for providing a wide range of Talent Acquisition and HR support guidance to candidates, employees, and managers in the areas of sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles including Help Desk, Service Desk and Engineering opportunities.

Essential Functions:

• Engage in full cycle external recruiting; source candidates, pre-screen candidates, coordinate interviews, conduct employment verifications, background checks, and drug screens.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates using available platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and our HRIS.
• Build a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for all technical roles.
• Conduct thorough screening processes, including technical assessments as required, to assess candidates' skills, experience and culture fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and advise on best practices throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Drive diversity recruitment efforts to ensure a diverse and inclusive talent pool.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, including all OFCCP required guidelines.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire and candidate satisfaction to optimize recruitment processes.
• Network with top tier technical resources throughout the U.S.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in IT or technical roles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools; familiarity with UKG is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT roles and technical skills relevant to the positions being recruited.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to track and interpret recruitment data to inform and improve hiring strategies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with adapting to shifting priorities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter and work together as a team.
• Strong attention to detail.

Physical, Mental Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to work at a computer station in one place for long periods of time.
• Prolonged use of computer keyboard and mouse.
• Adequate vision to read computer screens and documents.
• Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment events, job fairs, or meetings with other parties.
• May occasionally involve lifting light items, such as laptops, files or recruiting materials, typically under 10 lbs.
