RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager. Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and customer needs
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Build and prioritize product roadmaps that balance short-term deliverables with long-term objectives
End-to-End Product Management:
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Monitor product performance through analytics, user feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform continuous improvement efforts
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of products
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making across departments, keeping teams informed and driving alignment around product goals
  • Serve as a product champion, presenting updates and insights to executive leadership and gathering input to refine product strategy
Customer-Centric Focus:
  • Champion a customer-first approach by conducting user research, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring insights are integrated into product development
  • Implement customer journey mapping and personas to better understand and anticipate user needs, pain points, and preferences
Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage data analytics to track product performance, define success metrics, and guide decision-making
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate ideas, improve features, and optimize user experience


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record in digital product development and management
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital products, supported by case studies or project examples
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to define and drive strategic product vision and translate it into actionable plans
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
  • Project Management: Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello)
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, customer journey mapping, and usability best practices


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
