As the Senior Manager of Retail & Shopper Analytics, your day will be filled with strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and inspiring team leadership. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover growth opportunities, analyze complex data, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive sales, enhance partnerships with retail partners, and shape our company's future success. This role may be remote for the right candidate.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience (Master's degree preferred). 4 years of additional work experience can replace the Bachelor's degree requirement.
  • Proven track record in category management, sales analysis, or sales planning with 8+ years of leading teams.
  • Exceptional ability to create compelling data narratives and visuals that inspire action.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
