This position is an influential business partner to the senior leadership team and cross functional community. You will be responsible for proactively partnering with key cross functional partners to develop, manage and execute North American learning plans with the purpose of developing deep consumer insights to guide brand strategies and assessing market dynamics to identify areas of opportunity.
You will analyze robust internal and external consumer data sources to distill insights, recommending ways to manage and optimize the business. You will be looked upon to build talent of others by developing and sharing best practices with both the Insights & Analytics team and broader multi-functional teams.
This role requires a confident and inspirational leader with a successful track record of developing and implementing strategic plans, building exceptional partnerships, and influencing all levels of the organization.
In this role, you will:
Apply Advanced Analytics solutions including Market Mix (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and leverage syndicated data to make recommendations and guide business decisions.
Manage advanced analytics projects, including external suppliers, to ensure projects are executed in an accurate, timely, and cost-efficient manner.
Support Emerging Analytics team on analytics pilots within the sector, helping to provide business context to the execution and results.
Apply sound understanding of current and emerging advanced analytics methodologies, action as the functional expert in the application of consumer practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams to help identify relevant business issues, research objectives and hypotheses to address brand questions and needs.
Develop the appropriate learning plans to evaluate hypotheses that can assist in meeting business objectives and utilize appropriate analytic techniques to develop and test hypotheses, draw relevant inferences, and create recommendations to define business opportunities.
Synthesize, interpret, and apply information/data to establish facts and develop insights to provide new perspectives on the brand, category, consumers, and innovation pathways.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Undergraduate degree. Advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in a data-centric role with direct experience with advanced analytics solutions like marketing mix modeling and marketing attribution models
Proficient in the use and interpretation of Advanced Analytics areas of MMM, in-market testing, and digital measurement
Direct experience with syndicated data sources like Nielsen, IRI, Numerator and/or NPD.
Proven application of behavioral science and forward-thinking research tools. (e.g., In market optimization, Understanding Media & content optimization, 1st party data usage and application, and 1:1 Targeting & Personalization).
Demonstrated examples of personal leadership leveraging consumer insights to develop story for brand and tailoring results presentations to different groups, including senior leadership
Ability to work effectively with all levels of business team management
Proven ability in translating data to knowledge to actionable recommendations
Proven ability to integrate data from different data sources to provide clarity and direction to multi-functional team
Strong influencing skills to convince partners and management on strategic direction
Preferred Experience:
Experience driving innovation from initial concept development through to in-market measurement
Strong analytics skills and experience with diagnosing and resolving complex problems and translating to business opportunities
Excels at translating and simplifying complex data and insights, crafting stories on implications across the business
Experience and/or passion for fast moving metrics to enable faster test, learn & optimization cycles for content & media plans
Proven ability to create testable hypotheses from data-driven insights, especially within dynamic media plans
