The position will serve as the finance lead supporting Ferrara's promotional strategies.

Ways you will make a difference

• The Trade Promo Optimization SFA will lead analysis on the promotional strategy for Ferrara's key brands and top customers
• Analyze market data, to understand retail trends and behaviors, and develop actionable plans and recommendations to Senior Leaders to drive decision making process
• Develop and implement promotional plans to maximize trade ROI
• Track implementation and effectiveness of promotional strategies, and measure compliance against the plan of record
• Reporting of promotional results, including learnings, recommendations, and best practices
• Execute trade management and support for pricing events and promotions
• Work cross functionally with Brand Marketing, Sales, Planning, Finance, and Operations
• Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as required
• Eagerness to learn new skills and tools as needed to streamline work

• Analytical Skills - analyze and summarize large data sets, identify market and consumer trends, and market opportunities
• Advanced excel skills, with ability to build and manage complex financial models
• Intrapersonal Skills - Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance business partners in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
• Experience working with extremely large data sets
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles

Experiences that will support your success

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or related fields
• Three years of CPG experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & highly proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with large data sets (Circana/Nielsen) preferred

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $78,750-$110,250 annually.
