One of our industry leading clients is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing organization! This person will report directly to the Manager of FP&A and get exposure to projects outside of day to day functions. This is a great opportunity to take on a role that provides opportunities for learning/mentorship, growth, and leadership!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input for financial planning and ensure accurate financial projections.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed to support business initiatives and strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 4+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst
• Advanced Excel skills
