RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed requirements for the SaaS land application
- Conduct thorough analyses of current land management processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements for IT and vendor teams
- Provide day-to-day support for the SaaS land application, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating problems as needed
- Assist in the testing, validation, and deployment of new features, updates, and enhancements to the SaaS application
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and support documentation to ensure effective application use
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of land management data within the SaaS application
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and data integration activities as part of application implementation and upgrades
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, discuss project status, and address any concerns
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SaaS application
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SaaS applications, land management solutions, and business analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, technology enhancements, and innovative solutions that drive business value
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Land Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field, with a focus on SaaS applications
- Proven track record of supporting the implementation and optimization of enterprise SaaS applications, preferably in land management or the energy sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a strategic mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Experience with data management and reporting tools and techniques
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
