RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting in North Andover, MA.Summary:The company offers Work/Life balance, Benefits, Medical, Dental, 401(k) PTO and flex time along with Employee Discount program and paid maternity/paternity leave. This position is a hybrid schedule (Monday - Wednesday) 3 days in office (Thursday and Friday) 2 days remote. If you are looking for a stable, family-oriented organization with growth opportunities, this maybe your ideal position for you to apply today.Duties:- As the Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting you will report to the Financial Reporting Manager
- Accurately improve all reporting, Operational Accounting, Strategic Planning, monthly close and financial analysis
- Assist with audit processes
- Work projects such as technical accounting, new accounting programs
- Handle General Ledger
- 10-Q and 10-K documents preparation
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- As a Senior Accountant, you will engage with other employees, be visible on visits
- Perform other job duties when on-site at various locations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of accounting experience with experience in large, multi-national, public corporations
- Previous General Ledger experience
- Industry experience with SEC reporting experience
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and major ERP systems
- Proficiency with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets and perform complex functions)
- CPA designation preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
