Who You'll Work With
A Sales Executive drives business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business. This role will include a focus on growing one of our core account portfolios, Financial Services, across our expanded mountain west market (Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho). The FinServ "Pod" includes clients that fall into Banking, Wealth Management, Payments and the Insurance sectors.
The Sales Executive will serve Slalom's clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.
What You'll Do
- Drive development of account strategy and sales activity in partnership with the account and practice leaders
- Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new CSAs
- Define win themes based on our competition and contribute to proposal development
- Manage negotiations of the opportunities in the pipeline
What You'll Bring
- Strong sales minded management background, with a passion for consultative, solution-based selling
- Deep industry experience in the Financial Services sector
- Ability to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
- Experience and ability to align teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrate strong people leadership skills
- Organization and methodology as well as strong prioritization and negotiation skills
- Excellent collaboration and team-building skills with an established and relevant rolodex

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $120,000 to $160,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for quarterly and annual discretionary bonuses. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
