The 340B/Ryan White Project Manager position will plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate 340B and Ryan White-funded projects in the Division of Infectious Diseases/ID Clinic. The range of duties includes, but is not limited to: project planning and design, developing methodology for tracking and reporting programs and personnel, database entry and management, data/information collection and analysis to support quality management efforts and reporting, general project administration, program and/or policy development and evaluation, compliance monitoring, audit management, preparing publications and reports, budget management, communication with multiple partners, representation on 340B committees and for ID clinic, contract management, drug replenishment management, P-card management, staff education and training as needed. Work may include the training and supervision of staff, students and others.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required (or foreign degree equivalent); for candidates demonstrating comparable independent research productivity or professional-level background in sponsored research administration, will accept a relevant Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) and 3 or more years of relevant experience in substitution.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:The Project Manager required knowledge of study design, data management, budget management and project coordination. Proficiency in Excel is required as well as in the preparation of publications, reports and presentations. Excellent communication skills in person and by phone are required.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:Priority given to applicants with experience in EPIC or EHR/EMR. Preference for Masters Degree in relevant area is strongly preferred, as well as knowledge of medical terminology and HIV environment.
