Your new company
Our client is a Texas heavy civil contractor who specializes in utility, concrete, bridge, site work and paving construction. They work across the public sector on projects for TxDOT as well as municipalities. They self-perform all their work and have projects ranging from $5Mill - $50Mill.

Due to the companies continual growth they are now looking for an experienced heavy civil project manager to join the team.

Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project costing, safety, scheduling, budget and overall management of the day to day operations of the site. You will work with the pre-construction team on bids and will then be responsible for the management of the project till completion. You will be required to communicate with sub-trades, consultants, engineers and client representatives.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry and hold either a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree. You will come from a heavy civil background and have experience of working on utility highways, bridge or concrete projects. You will also possess excellent leadership qualities and are able to lead any given project or task.
