Description

** Ideal Candidate ** - Dependable, organized, individual with experience in pediatrics. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting with multiple providers in an outpatient setting. ** Unit Description and Responsibilities ** -Uses appropriate evidence-based assessment, complex interviewing techniques related to ambulatory care nursing in collection of pertinent patient, family, or population specific data. - Prioritizes and implements the plan of care in partnership with the patient, family, caregivers and other health care professionals in a timely manner. - Incorporates the patient's families' and caregiver's ability to understand and participate in the plan of care. - Assisting in rooming, vital signs, and phone triage. - Medication administration and familiarity with ENT procedures. - Ability to demonstrate adaptability in required duties which may encompass several specialties.
