Job/ Shift Hours: Monday-Friday (Sign On Bonus of $15,000 for F-T & $7,500 for P-T (16 hours/wk. min.)
As an RN you will be required to have: - Perform assessments on clients with illness, injury, or health related/psychological concerns. Reports any significant finding to the appropriate medical provider and guardian, when appropriate. Carries out the prescribed intervention.
- Transcribe all information accurately and efficiently and carry out orders for treatment as medically prescribed.
- Administer medication safely, accurately and per best practice, NYS and agency guidelines. Is attentive in monitoring for any adverse effects.
- Oversee and supervise care provided by the LPN and other health office staff.
- Provide assessments, monitoring and care to the youth in the event of physical restraint, following all regulatory requirements.
- Administer first aid during emergency situations and coordinates patient care until EMS arrives or the youth is transported to an emergency department.
- Consult and coordinate with treatment team providers such as the MD, NP, and Clinician, as well as others as applicable to assure continuity and quality of care.
- Assure that the mental health and physical health needs of each child/youth are met in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate must have: -
Associate's degree in Nursing
- NYS license as a Registered Nurse
- Valid unrestricted New York State Driver's License and must meet agency driving and insurance standards.

up to $6.50/hour for evening, overnight, and weekend hours!
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
