Some of them are first-in-class molecules implicated in Wnt signaling and acid sensing GPCRs, with important clinical implications. Applicants are required to have a Ph.D. or M.D. and expertise in techniques of cell and molecular biology, with emphasis on developmental biology and cell signaling. Experience with structural biology and protein biochemistry is a plus. Depending on background and interest, the post-doc will perform experiments involving drug target identification, proteomics, Nextgen sequencing, biochemistry, computational biology, structural and/or murine or zebrafish disease models. Prior experience in these methodologies and willingness to learn new techniques are highly valued.
