About the Company:
Eurofins CRL, Inc. is an emerging clinical testing laboratory that opened in January 2017. It is located in Austin, Texas. The lab specializes in the testing of topical antiseptics and personal care cosmetics.
About the Position:
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for finding, screening, and documenting participants for clinical trials conducted by Eurofins CRL, Inc.. The Clinical Study Recruiting Manager plays a critical role in facilitating clinical trials by building a database of willing, competent, and qualified study volunteers, while also managing a team of recruiters.
About the Interview Process:
In-person interview covering work history, previous employer problems, and skills with references checked afterward.
Lab Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overtime and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a recruiter in any capacity.
Prior experience in event planning and or coordination.
Experience managing and tracking outreach efforts (letters, ad campaigns, phone calls, etc.).
Stellar leadership and management skills.
Excellent project management and time management skills.
Ability to be a self-starter and work cooperatively with others in a small-company environment.
Ability to treat clinical study participants with respect and courtesy.
Skill and fluency with multiple social media platforms.
Willingness to cold-call and cold-visit locations in order to speak with potential business and participants about signing up for testing/studies.
Impeccable work ethic.
Reliable transportation and safe driving history.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience with outbound sales.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of, and experience with FDA Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations.
Strong knowledge of community outreach.
Proficiency in medical scheduling software, such as Clinical Conductor
Major Duties:
Find clinical study volunteers to participate in testing via warm leads but also generate steady pipeline of healthy, reliable new panelists.
Screen clinical study volunteers.
Maintain a clean, up-to-date, and accurate database of clinical study volunteers.
Develop outreach efforts related to volunteer recruitment.
Interact directly with customers and study volunteers via phone, email, and in person.
Interview prospective study subjects.
Coordinate with the laboratory's Principal Investigator and Clinical Research Manager to ensure adequate subject recruitment has been met for each study.
Maintain, verify, and improve study documentation and volunteer records such as consent forms and other data driven documents with impeccable scrutiny and attention to detail.
Assist with sales, marketing, and outreach efforts as needed.
Maintain a safe, fast-paced, and positive laboratory environment.
