Our client is seeking a Recruitment Events Specialist in Santa Clara, CA.

Role Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruiting Events Specialist to help drive candidate generation through customized, high impact events, conferences, and webinars. You will support and participate in the planning and implementation of all aspects of conferences and events to deliver recruiting results. This role plays a crucial role in organizing and executing events to attract and engage candidates for job opportunities. To excel in this role, individuals should possess a combination of organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on conference logistics and recruiting events.

What you'll be doing:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of recruiting events, including job fairs, and industry conferences.
• Manage logistics for conferences and career events (e.g., vendor coordination, booth setup, registration, catering).
• Oversee event budgets, vendor contracts, shipping, and other logistics to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain global event calendar and SharePoint site updates.
• Order and maintain recruiting events collateral.
• Collaborate with key HR creative representative and others to ensure consistent employer branding.
• Assist in the creation of event materials, such as brochures, signage, and branded merchandise with key partners.
• Use data to evaluate event effectiveness and make recommendations for future improvements.

Skills & Requirements

What we need to see:
• 4+ years of event planning or recruiting events experience, with a focus on conference logistics.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and event logistics from planning to execution.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with candidate tracking tools, ATS platforms, or CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours during events.
• Some travel may be necessary on a quarterly basis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
• Previous experience executing recruiting events for large conferences or job fairs.
• Familiarity with Workday and/or Eightfold.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and candidate engagement strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
