What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the internal recruitment team. Your responsibilities include managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additionally, you will assist with recruitment events, coordinate outreach with universities and professional organizations, and support sourcing efforts to build strong talent pipelines. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, helping OHM Advisors attract and retain top talent to drive impactful results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on relevant platforms as directed, ensuring reach across key talent pools.
  • Assist with the review of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and highlight relevant experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across various time zones, maintaining clear and timely communication with both candidates and recruiters.
  • Assist the recruitment team in maintaining relationships with universities and professional organizations, to enhance talent pipelines and expand outreach efforts.
  • Support the recruitment team by organizing regional recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, creating shortlists of top talent.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication with candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely updates and responses as directed by the recruitment team.
  • Support sourcing efforts through various platforms, including LinkedIn and other job boards, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate documentation across all locations.
  • Assist in tracking and compiling basic recruitment metrics, providing data to support continuous improvement within the recruitment team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a related role.
  • Prior experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support within HR, ideally across multiple regions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
