The Allied Schools Recruiting Consultant specializes in the placement of Allied Healthcare professionals in school based contract assignments. Recruiters will be working with Speech Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, and School Nurses. With a strong support system in place and a cohesive, competitive environment, Allied Schools Recruiting Consultants are provided with a continuum for learning that results in achieving high productivity and meeting individual goals.

Job Tasks:
  • Exceed individual daily and weekly critical indicator goals in order to consistently grow new and retain existing Travelers on Assignment (TOA) consistent with the Senior Recruiting Consultant production standards.
  • Consult with and educate allied healthcare professionals, via an effective discovery strategy and building rapport, to match candidates to open job orders.
  • Operate autonomously of department leadership/oversight by making independent decisions in order to fulfill the highest production standards in support of team and division needs.
  • Model best practices for new employees in formal and informal learning settings by exhibiting how to apply expertise in real scenarios in order to transfer knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute real world expertise in team meetings, in partnership with leadership, to apply strategies and ideas across sales situations in order to increase effectiveness and confidence to execute.
  • Calculate gross margin for allied healthcare candidate's placement package (i.e. pay rate, per diem, travel, housing).
  • Present candidate files detailing relevant work history, skills and intangible qualities via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Regional Account Managers.
  • Create sourcing strategy to secure candidates for open orders.
  • Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals as primary internal point of contact while on assignment; responding to needs using best practice solutions to include directing to the best points of contact within the Support teams (Housing, Payroll, Credentialing Analyst, Benefits, Reimbursement) for high touch-point follow-through and clinician satisfaction in order to establish professional network and leverage referrals

  • Allied Regional Account Managers.
  • Clinical & Quality Services.
  • Support teams (Customer Support Services, Housing, Payroll, Traveler Benefits, Licensing).

External Customers
  • Allied healthcare professionals

Skill Sets
  • AMIE (proprietary candidate and client database- this will trained on)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Propel to calculate assignment margins.

Minimum Education/Certifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor degree

Minimum Experience:
  • 1+ years staffing and/or recruiting experience.

Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years staffing and/or recruiting experience.

    Pay Rate
    $19.50 - $24.25 Hourly
    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
