Job Description:

We are seeking an individual with expertise in radiology imaging, specifically in the coverage and reimbursement of diagnostic imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working for a health plan or payer and will be comfortable with technology, claim editing, and analyzing imaging medical policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Radiology Claims Management: Handle claims related to radiology imaging procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with health plan policies.

Policy Analysis: Analyze and interpret medical policies at health plans to ensure proper coverage and reimbursement.

Claim Editing: Review and edit claims to correct any errors and ensure they meet policy requirements.

Data Management: Utilize spreadsheets and other tools to manage and analyze claims data.

Collaboration: Work with a large team, including employer groups and revenue cycle management (Evacore), to create and implement effective claims processes.

Technology Integration: Leverage advanced technology to support claims processing and payment accuracy.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience in radiology imaging and diagnostic procedures. Knowledge of Medical Coding, CPT, ICD10 and Revenue Cycle Management.

Familiarity with health plan policies and reimbursement processes.

Strong technical skills and comfort with using spreadsheets and other data management tools.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience with claim editing and revenue cycle management.

Ability to work collaboratively with a large team and various stakeholders.

Additional Information:

This is a permanent, remote position with no time zone restrictions.

The company hosts two annual get-togethers in Tennessee (January and June).
