Principal/Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Complete a DIR (daily inspection report) summarizing all activities within their assigned segment
Performs an off-site inspection at manufacturer/producer's location whenever necessary
Responsible for materials acceptance: verifies delivery, inspects materials upon arrival, determines exact quantity, understands and verifies compliance with the material certifications provided
Inspection of pipes when the inside diameter allows it
Takes depth measurements of concrete on a bridge deck
Site contact in any quality matter for the construction team
Quality representation at toolbox meetings and construction workshops
