Title: Quality Control Specialist
Reports to: Manager of Product Operations

Job Description:
The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for completing website audits for new and existing clients. The Quality Control Specialist performs specialized manual testing on pre-launch websites as well as audits on live sites for the Implementation and Support teams. The Quality Control Specialist reports to the Manager of Product Operations. This is an entry-level position and is located in Rockville, MD.
Essential Functions:
1. Perform the documented Implementation Quality Control Tasks prior to the launch of the website as well as Live Site Audit when dictated by the Customer Support team
2. Provide support to interdepartmental Quality Control as warranted to introduce them to the processes associated with Development and Design
3. Facilitate monthly report cards for the Customer Success Team on the product suite
4. Participate in projects initiated by the Lead and Manager, taking ownership of specific elements and partnering outside the department as necessary
5. Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent training
7. Meticulous adherence to processes and documentation
8. Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands
9. Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
Preferred and Experience:
10. 2+ years' experience in field or career
11. Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS
12. Detail oriented, especially in communication (written and verbal)
