Job Description

JOB FUNCTION

  • Quality assurance: verify the elements visual, functional and dimensional using LEGO Standards.
  • Follow up on Non-conforming material: give disposition on non conforming material by following procedures.
  • Trace back defective material.
  • Create daily reports, process audits, and maintain the 5S inside the area.
  • Report any quality events
  • Coordinate containment of defective material
  • Participate in Problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Report daily the indicators on the boards.
  • Participate on trainings when needed.
  • Our current hours of operations is an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday (Shift 2: 2pm-10:30pm). Beginning in September 2024 shift responsibility will be 6pm-6am.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous Manufacturing Experience
  • Basic knowledge of Quality,
  • PC Management (Excel and email).
  • Attention to details
  • Customer Service driven (Internal)
  • 18 years of age.
  • Salary $17.68 per hour plus 10% shift difference.
  • Must be able to work set 12 hr shift pattern beginning Sept 2024.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience as a quality auditor
  • Management of SAP.
