Description:
TARGETED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years

Performs XO project management duties involving cross functional teams focused on delivery of specific outcomes.
• Applies standard project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
• Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Develops project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks.
• Coordinates the resources necessary to successfully complete the project.
• Conducts regular status meetings to review project activities. Manages prioritization procedures.
• Sets and manages stakeholder expectations, managing and escalating issues and changes.
• Builds relationships with key stakeholders and project resources to drive key decisions and ensure timely project completion.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite applications
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent organizational, team management, project management, event coordination, and documentation skills.

• Experience successfully completing complicated tasks with little to no supervision or direction.

DESIRED SKILLS:
• A Bachelor's degree.
• PM certification.
• Knowledge of Right-of-Way (ROW), Franchise, Pole, and other network related contracts/agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple, complex projects in parallel.
• Experience with Smartsheet
