Your Role:

• Leadership:
  Manage and supervise utility crews, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Project Management:
  Schedule resources, control job costs, and maintain quality to meet project budgets.
• Coordination:
  Create job schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and lead job meetings.
• Technical Expertise:
  Assess design requirements, materials, and field productivity.
• Safety First:
  Instill and maintain safety as a top priority on all projects.
• Problem Solving:
  Analyze reports, resolve issues, and ensure project specifications are met.

What You Bring:

• Experience:
  5 years as a pipe foreman and 5 years as a superintendent in civil utility construction.
• Certifications:
  OSHA 30 and DOT Medical Certificate.
• Skills:
  Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, understanding of construction methods, and ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Physical Ability:
  Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and performing various physical tasks.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Knowledge of Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
• Communication:
  Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership:
  Ability to manage multiple crews and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
