BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for an opportunity in Jersey City , NJ, Hybrid!

Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Anticipated Start Date: Tentative Start Date

Expected Duration: 4 months contract to hire.

Job Type: TEMP TO HIRE, [HYBRID]

Pay Range:$71.13 - $75.72

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

Project Manager

Jersey City, NJ

5 months CTH

* Project management skills with a focus on process flows and data management
* Documentation of business requirements and process flow
* Ensure in-take requests process is documents and followed
* Partner with migration lead to accurately track the status of each request
* Provide various status reports of progress
* Issue tracking and resolution
* Refine and adjust processes as needed
* Perform quality control checks after data migration
* PowerPoint skills to take a concept for manager to present to various stakeholders Understanding of technical and business controls

Expert in the following:
§ Project Task Estimation
§ Resource Scheduling
§ Risk and Issue Management
§ Waterfall and Agile methods
§ Work breakdown and critical path method
§ Stakeholder Management
§ Critical Thinking (anticipates problems and
establishes methods to mitigate project/program risks)
§ Benefits Management
§ Budget/Financial Management including Business Case completion
§ Executive communications for senior management
