Position Summary

CDK Global is hiring a full-time performance consultant with fixed operations experience in an automotive dealership environment. The Performance Process Consultant position requires the incumbent to manage and execute on-site and remote initial delivery of CDK software, application, and business process consulting and training.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with executive-level management to evaluate business goals, dealership (group) strategies, and consulting visit objectives. Evaluate dealership knowledge and their current level of process and product utilization.
  
• Work individually or partner with the Executive Coach to identify process workflow gaps and create solutions and best practices that drive dealership efficiency, system utilization, margins, sales, productivity, and revenue.
  
• Provide solution training via one-on-one coaching; one-to-many coaching; and presentations to dealership senior management. Training includes but is not limited to, CDK product education and setup changes, business workflows, and best practices corresponding to the implementation of workflow/process improvements.
  
• Recommend additional CDK solutions when the client is a CDK client.
  
• Complete paperwork and Action Item trip reports within the designated timeframe. Based on processes and business needs, recommend additional CDK solutions to the client. Manage recurring contracts to ensure services are scheduled and delivered within the appropriate timeframe.
  

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in Fixed Operations in an Automotive Dealership Environment.
  
• At least 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in retail automotive.
  
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience using CDK Drive in a dealership environment.
  
• At least 2 years experience with demonstrated success in retail automotive management.
  
• Prior retail CDK experience is required.
  
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for best practices and key metrics that support one complete dealership workflow
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to transition to working remotely with clients.
  

Salary Range: $62,100 - $80,000
