Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Production Planner for a manufacturing company located in the Tulsa OK area. The production planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the production activities within the facility. Working closely with various departments, including procurement, inventory, and production teams, to ensure that materials and resources are available to meet production goals.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:

• Plan and release manufacturing schedules using finite planning tools.
• Evaluate raw materials and equipment to ensure readiness for production.
• Process outside service work orders.
• Control material flow and monitor costs to maintain budget compliance.
• Assist master schedulers by providing data on production status and issues to upper management.
• Handle production disruptions and productivity challenges.
• Plan and manages production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer orders.
• Responsible for the analysis of sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
• Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, etc. on material status and production planning issues.
• Expediting and prioritizing job orders with Project Managers.
• Coordinating and managing weekly production schedule meetings.
• Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, and the ability to work on-site.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
• Preferred but not required: CPIM, CSCP APICS certifications.
• 3-5+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Deadline-driven professional with excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
