Position: Production Associate - Level II

1st shift: 8am-4:30pm

Days: Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve production-related issues.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Record and document production data and results accurately.
  • Interpret assembly drawings and blueprints for production tasks.
  • Assemble and test products according to quality control standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections of products and parts.
  • Set up and perform maintenance on production equipment.
  • Identify and address production-related problems.
  • Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Follow established production methods and standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with a team to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Coordinate with other managers or departments to establish work processes and goals.
  • Implement efficiencies in work instructions and processes.
  • Collaborate with quality control, production, and engineering teams.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in production and manufacturing.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, and production.
  • Experience in electronic product manufacturing in an ISO9001 environment.
  • 3 to 5 years of IPC soldering experience, certified or trained.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to various production processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Background or education in manufacturing or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple components of the production process.
  • Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong time management skills to complete tasks within allotted time frames.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (approximately 20 to 30 lbs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, ERP, SAP, MRP, SAAS, and other business application software.
