RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist in Juno Beach, FL.Summary:We are seeking a product marketing manager to join our team to drive customer engagement across company billing, payment, and digital adoption programs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven marketing experience and a strong propensity to understand and meet the needs of both internal and external business partners. The role requires both a strategic mindset and a strong attention to detail and project management.Responsibilities:Campaign and channel management:- Develop effective annual marketing strategies and plans to meet corporate indicators around billing and payment options and digital adoption for all company customers
- Manage the execution of creative cross-channel campaigns with keen attention to detail; Craft compelling content across print and digital marketing channels
- Work with various internal and external teams to implement strategies and meet aggressive deadlines; Evaluate campaign success using relevant KPIs on an ongoing basis and report back to the stakeholders with recommendations for improvement
- Partner with the M&C Insights Team to conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research related to existing and new product offerings and cost-mitigation projects
- Drive launch of new product offerings from concept through implementation with minimal oversight
- Cultivate successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, vendors and agencies; Follow proven processes, and help write the playbook for process improvements
- Delivers strategic communication planning, message development, writing, using research and analytics to drive planning and messaging
- Improves processes to ensure quality and timely execution of initiatives
- Builds and maintains great relationships with clients and co-workers
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Arts
- 5+ years of experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
