Process/Project Engineer II
Judge Direct Placement is actively recruiting for a Process Project Engineer to assist our client in the chemical space complete new capital projects and assist in refining existing processes within the facility.

Responsibilities:
Analyze data, conduct experiments, and collaborate to solve process issues.
Manage multiple projects as both process and project engineer.
Troubleshoot control systems and create process change narratives.
Develop and maintain project documentation.
Define project scope, estimate budgets, and create schedules.
Develop equipment specifications and manage project resources.
Participate in safety and regulatory activities.
Support project commissioning and provide technical support.
Provide regular project updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in chemical plant engineering.
3+ years of experience in RMP and PSM environments.
Knowledge of PHA, HAZOP, and MOCs.
Understanding of electro-mechanical systems, piping codes, and chemical safety standards.
Project management experience (PMP preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and SAP (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand chemical manufacturing processes and technical documents.
Experience with multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Organized and capable of managing multiple projects.
Accountable, confident, innovative, and self-motivated.
Hands-on and field-oriented with decision-making skills.
Knowledge of industry codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Willingness to travel 25%.
