RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Power BI Developer to help drive process improvement within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI development, coupled with a keen understanding of business processes and a strategic mindset. Responsibilities:- The Power BI Developer will identify and implement strategies to streamline Power BI processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for Power BI solutions
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and inform decision-making
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that meet business needs
- Demonstrate proficiency in database management systems, BI technologies, and Power BI best practices
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize Power BI solutions
- The Power BI Developer will work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and capabilities
- Standardize processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI development
- Strong technical skills in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle); SQL a plus
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data models
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
