Overview
Are you a dynamic and creative individual who loves creating unforgettable experiences for guests? We are seeking a passionate Activities Coordinator to join our team! As an Activities Coordinator, you will bring your energy and enthusiasm to organize and facilitate a variety of engaging activities and events for our guests, ensuring their stay is filled with excitement and fun!
Summary:
- Plan and execute a diverse range of activities, including sports, games, arts and crafts, and group events
- Engage with guests to understand their interests and preferences, tailoring activities to create memorable experiences
- Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution
- Provide excellent customer service, building positive relationships with guests and addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate activities into the overall guest experience
- Maintain equipment and supplies needed for activities, ensuring their availability and proper functioning
- Monitor and evaluate activity participation and feedback, making improvements as necessary
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the leisure and hospitality industry to enhance the activity offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or training in recreation or hospitality is a plus)
- Previous experience in organizing and leading activities or events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and outgoing personality, with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
